Disabled Care Nepal (DCN) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the rights, dignity, and empowerment of persons with disabilities (oPDs) in Nepal. Guided by the principles of equality, freedom, and human dignity—as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), and Nepal’s Constitution—we envision a society where disability is not a barrier to living a full and dignified life. Registered in 2075 B.S. 2019 A.D at the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council since 2076 B.S.2019 A.D , DCN works to ensure equal access to opportunities, services, and decision-making for oPDs.

Our focus includes:

  • Inclusive education and employment
  • Social participation and political engagement
  • Economic independence and leadership development

We believe disability is not inability—it is a call for equal opportunity, accessibility, and inclusion for all.
